Warranty Returns & Exchanges

  • All items being returned will be sent through our Quality Control Inspection. Please ensure that items being returned are sent back in new re-sellable condition. Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, smell, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • Individual must have purchased the returned product directly from Kast Gear to have the refund applied to the default card on file.
  • If the customer didn’t purchase from Kast Gear direct, we will still honor the return. We will not provide cash back; instead current retail pricing will be applied as a credit towards a future Kast Gear purchase.
  • Return amount will be at current retail value. A return confirmation will be sent to the original e-mail on your account once the credit has been processed.
  • Freight cost to return the item to and from Kast Gear will be the responsibility of the party returning the product.
  • If product is refused and not in new re-sellable condition, a Customer Service Professional will notify you.

Warranty, Exchanges or Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any unworn item with all original tags fully attached. Items must be the current season model and in new unused condition. We will not accept items that have been worn.

*Products labeled "Throwback" are not covered by our Warranty, Returns, or Exchanges Policy as they are discontinued items and not repairable/replaceable.

Warranty, Exchanges or Refunds: Please follow the steps below in order to speed up the process.

1. Include the original packing slip with your return.

2. Please note on the packing slip which item(s) needs to be Warrantied, Exchanged, or Refunded and a brief description of the issue.

3. Ensure your name, email address, and phone number are listed on the Packing Slip; if they are not, write them in.

4. Ship the Item(s) and Packing Slip back to Kast Gear to the following:

5. Please allow 10-15 Business Days for Returns to be processed and any issues to be fixed.

*DISCLAIMER: Kast Gear does not cover Return Shipping Cost. If you return an item that has been used and/or does not have its original tags attached then your Warranty, Return, or Exchange may be voided at the discretion of the Kast Gear Team.

**If Return/Exchange Items do not have the original tags, you will be issued a 20% Item Restocking Fee (Up to $30).

**If you wish to Return or Exchange a product but do not have the packing slip be sure to include a paper with all the necessary information, or your Return may take up to 30 days to process. Name, Address, Order Number, Order Item(s), Date of Purchase, Phone Number, & Email Address.
